TERMS OF SERVICE

ARTICLE 1 — OBJECT AND SCOPE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "ToS") are established by CONDOR LAB LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, registered under number 79854301, with its registered office at RM03, 24/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fayuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we" or "CONDOR LAB"), and define in a comprehensive and enforceable manner the terms and conditions of access, browsing and use of the e-commerce platform accessible at https://www.georgemilton.store/ (hereinafter "the Website"), as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the Company and any user of the Website (hereinafter "the User").

The Website is dedicated to the online sale of premium and luxury rugs and high-end interior decoration items, targeting an international customer base, with a particular focus on customers residing within the European Union and primarily on French territory.

These Terms apply to any access to the Website, any consultation of its content, any creation of a user account, any placement of an order and any interaction with the services offered by CONDOR LAB LIMITED, regardless of their nature. They are binding upon the User from the moment they access the Website and prevail over any conflicting document, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Return and Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale, all of which together form an inseparable contractual whole governing the relationship between CONDOR LAB LIMITED and the User.

ARTICLE 2 — ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Access to the Website, consultation of its content or performance of any operation thereon constitutes, on the part of the User, full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in their version in force at the time of such use. This acceptance is deemed to constitute an electronic signature within the meaning of applicable legal provisions.

The User expressly acknowledges having read these Terms in their entirety prior to any use of the Website, and declares that they have the legal capacity required to enter into binding contractual commitments. Any use of the Website by a minor User must be carried out under the full supervision and responsibility of their legal representative.

CONDOR LAB LIMITED reserves the right to modify, supplement or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice, in particular in order to comply with applicable legislative, regulatory or case law developments, or to reflect changes in the services offered. The version in force is that accessible on the Website at the date of use by the User. It is the User's responsibility to regularly consult the Terms in order to be aware of any amendments. Continued use of the Website following any modification constitutes tacit and irrevocable acceptance of the new terms.

ARTICLE 3 — ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

CONDOR LAB LIMITED makes every effort to ensure continuous, stable and secure access to the Website, seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours a day. However, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend, interrupt or restrict access to the Website or all or part of its features, without prior notice or compensation, in particular in the following circumstances:

Preventive or corrective technical maintenance, updates or improvements to the Website's technical infrastructure;

Editorial, commercial or legal content updates on the Website;

Malfunction, interruption or failure of a third-party service provider involved in the operation of the Website, and in particular the Shopify platform;

Cyber attack, hacking attempt or security incident requiring immediate intervention;

Occurrence of a force majeure event as defined in Article 8 of these Terms.

CONDOR LAB LIMITED shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from an unavailability, interruption or malfunction of the Website, regardless of the cause, duration or consequences for the User. The User acknowledges and accepts that the availability of the Website is subject to the inherent uncertainties of electronic communications networks and information technology.

ARTICLE 4 — CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

4.1 — Personal and Non-Commercial Use

The products sold on the Website are intended exclusively for the strictly private and personal use of the end User. Any purchase made on the Website for the purposes of resale, distribution, commercial exploitation, representation or any other professional or commercial use is strictly prohibited, unless prior written, express and explicit agreement has been obtained from CONDOR LAB LIMITED.

4.2 — Formal Prohibitions

It is strictly and expressly prohibited for any User, under penalty of civil and criminal liability, to carry out the following acts on the Website or against the Company:

Attempting any unauthorised access, intrusion, hacking or disruption of CONDOR LAB LIMITED's computer systems, servers, networks or technical infrastructure, including through the use of malicious software, viruses, trojans, bots or any other tool likely to harm the integrity of the Website;

Impersonating the Company, its representatives, its service providers or any other User;

Publishing, broadcasting, transmitting or making accessible any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, violent, discriminatory or public order-violating content, whether in the form of customer reviews, comments or any other interactive feature of the Website;

Collecting, extracting, reproducing or automatically exploiting data contained on the Website, in particular through the use of indexing robots, scrapers or any mass data extraction tool, without the Company's prior written authorisation;

Using the Website for fraudulent purposes, including for money laundering, financing illegal activities or violating applicable e-commerce regulations;

Attempting to circumvent, disable or compromise the security, authentication or access control measures implemented on the Website;

Introducing into the Website any programme, routine or mechanism likely to disrupt, slow down or alter its normal operation.

In the event of a proven breach of any of the aforementioned prohibitions, CONDOR LAB LIMITED reserves the right, without prior notice or formal demand and without prejudice to any other legal remedy, to immediately and permanently suspend or terminate the access of the offending User to all of its services, to initiate any appropriate civil or criminal legal proceedings against them, and to claim full compensation for the damages suffered.

ARTICLE 5 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements constituting the Website, including without limitation texts, articles, editorial content, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, videos, animations, graphical interfaces, Website architecture, databases, icons, visual identity and any other digital or analogue content (hereinafter "the Elements"), are the exclusive property of CONDOR LAB LIMITED or are subject to a duly acquired licence from the relevant rights holders.

These Elements are protected by applicable intellectual property law, and in particular by copyright, trademark law, database rights and design rights, under both French and European legislation and under international conventions to which France and Hong Kong are parties.

Any reproduction, representation, translation, adaptation, extraction, distribution, broadcast, public communication or exploitation of all or part of the Elements of the Website, in any form and by any means whatsoever, including downloading, copying, printing, scraping or any other method, without the prior written and express authorisation of CONDOR LAB LIMITED, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement liable to give rise to civil and criminal legal proceedings against its author. Offenders are exposed in particular to the penalties provided for under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any request for authorisation to use or reproduce all or part of the Elements of the Website must be submitted by electronic means to: contact@georgemilton.store. The absence of a response from CONDOR LAB LIMITED shall not constitute tacit acceptance of the request.

ARTICLE 6 — LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY

6.1 — Liability Relating to the Use of Products

CONDOR LAB LIMITED commits to selling products that conform to the descriptions on the Website and meet applicable quality standards. However, the Company's liability shall not be engaged in the event of misuse, use not in accordance with recommendations, negligence or carelessness on the part of the User in using the products purchased on the Website.

6.2 — Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory legal provisions, and in particular by consumer protection legislation in force within the European Union, CONDOR LAB LIMITED shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, immaterial or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website or the products sold, including in particular:

Loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, commercial or moral damages;

Delivery delays or interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's control, including logistics provider, customs or weather-related issues;

Technical incompatibilities between the Website and the User's equipment, software or operating systems;

Failures attributable to third-party technical, logistics or financial service providers involved in the operation of the Website or the fulfilment of orders.

It is expressly recalled that the statutory rights of Consumers residing within the European Union, as arising in particular from Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, remain fully applicable and shall not be limited or excluded by these Terms.

ARTICLE 7 — HYPERLINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Website may contain hyperlinks redirecting to third-party websites that are not under the control of CONDOR LAB LIMITED. These links are provided purely for informational and convenience purposes for the User. The Company has no control over the content of such third-party websites and accepts no liability regarding their availability, content, privacy policy or any other characteristic.

The creation of a hyperlink to the CONDOR LAB LIMITED Website is subject to the prior written authorisation of the Company. Any authorisation request must be submitted to: contact@georgemilton.store.

ARTICLE 8 — FORCE MAJEURE

The liability of CONDOR LAB LIMITED shall not be engaged in the event of total or partial non-performance, or improper performance, of any of its contractual obligations, where such non-performance results from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, that is to say an event beyond the Company's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of contracting and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures.

The following shall in particular constitute force majeure events, without this list being exhaustive:

Natural disasters, floods, fires, storms, earthquakes or epidemics;

Wars, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, riots, insurrections or government embargoes;

Total or partial strikes, lockouts or industrial action affecting the Company's logistics service providers, carriers or suppliers;

Electronic communications network failures, interruptions to electricity supply, major technical failures of hosting or payment service providers;

Cyber attacks, hacking or large-scale security incidents affecting the normal operation of the Website.

In the event of a force majeure event, CONDOR LAB LIMITED shall endeavour to inform the User as soon as reasonably practicable and to implement all reasonably available means to limit the consequences.

ARTICLE 9 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed, for Users residing within the European Union, by the mandatory provisions of the law of the User's country of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 of 17 June 2008 (Rome I) on the law applicable to contractual obligations, and Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of 12 December 2012 (Brussels I bis) on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments.

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation, application or performance of these Terms, the User is invited to contact the customer service of CONDOR LAB LIMITED at contact@georgemilton.store in the first instance, in order to attempt to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute within a reasonable timeframe.

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, should amicable resolution fail, Consumers residing in France have the right to resort free of charge to a competent consumer mediator. For cross-border disputes within the European Union, the User may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform made available by the European Commission, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

ARTICLE 10 — MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

10.1 — Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be declared null, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, without prejudice to their binding force.

10.2 — Non-Waiver

The fact that CONDOR LAB LIMITED does not, at any given time, enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a permanent waiver of the benefit of that provision.

10.3 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, read in conjunction with all policies published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between CONDOR LAB LIMITED and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior agreement, commitment or document relating to the same subject matter.
